Doug Hardie spent many years working as both the end customer and consultant who deployed software solutions in the Manufacturing and Wholesales industries. He found that many clients did not have the time to be involved in every step of implementing new systems. This hampered the success of the implementation and often resulted in getting a system that doesn't work the way the client needed it to. Armed with this understanding and knowledge of what makes a successful implementation and the desire to make Client Implementations as seamless as possible, Doug Hardie Consulting was started. We specialize in working for small to medium businesses who don't have time in their busy schedules to learn and understand every piece of a technology. Our goal is to provide you with a successful solution while keeping it simple for all those involved.
We are a new company (started in 2017), eager and excited to get started. We believe in keeping things honest, lean and simple. Not reinventing the wheel when something already fulfills a need and avoiding unnecessary technical jargon that only ends up confusing our clients.

Doug Hardie
From working in both the Manufacturing and Distribution industries as both an employee and consultant, Doug has learnt what works and doesn't work in over the last 15 years. Working with large and small companies alike, Doug has successfully developed, installed and support many implementations working with software such as Oracle ERP, Oracle WMS, NetSuite ERP, QuickBooks and many more.
Quickly developing a report with both End Users and Key Stakeholders, he uses sixth sense of understanding and alleviating issues before they arise.

Randy comes with many years of experience in industries such as Solar Power, Software and other industries. A musician at heart, Randy's a highly accomplished technology sales and post sales/service leader with proven success in identifying new business opportunities. Adept at identifying, establishing, and maintaining strong, sales relationships with customers, providing technical insight and business acumen.
Top Sales in North America 2011 and 2012 and managed a team to Canadian Sales records for 2014 and 2016

Cameron Tulloch
Cameron has worked for 7 years as a Business Consultant in Ontario Small Business Enterprise Centre (SBEC) network.
Cameron is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) with designations in Configuration and Customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, is an Infusionsoft Certified Partner (ICP), and has taken extensive training on the SalesForce.com platform. He holds a Bachelors of Commerce Degree from Royal Roads University in Victoria, British Columbia.
